Senior Professional Services Engineer | Accops Systems
We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in infrastructure, networking, Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, security technologies, and customer-facing solution implementation.
🔹 Technical Skills – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Client Operating Systems
- Hands-on experience in Network/System Administration
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), User Profiling & Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- Good understanding of Linux OS and fundamentals
- Strong networking knowledge with experience in troubleshooting and monitoring tools such as Wireshark, Process Monitor, Nmap, DebugView, etc.
- Experience in Infrastructure Design
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- VDI / Desktop Virtualization
- Application Virtualization
- Load Balancing
- VPN, Proxy & Firewalls
- Secure Gateway technologies
- VPN / MFA / IAM / ZTNA
🔹 Good to Have
- Cloud management experience
- Experience working with an OEM/Product company in Support, Implementation, or Pre-Sales
- Scripting knowledge in Bash/Shell and PowerShell
- Knowledge of Accops / Citrix / VMware products
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to design, deploy and roll out Accops solution suites as per the agreed Statement of Work (SoW)
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive effective 360-degree communication throughout project execution
- Manage and coordinate SoW changes with customers and Product Engineering teams
- Drive projects from implementation through rollout and completion, ensuring project objectives and success criteria are achieved
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Plan project execution, track progress and ensure timely reporting and delivery
- Collaborate with and mentor the implementation team by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
- Work closely with the Product Management team to suggest product improvements, new features and enhancements
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required
