Role Description This is a full-time Senior Procurement Manager (Tendering, QS & Procurement) role, having Good english speaking skills in a Work from office setup, based in Gurugram. The role involves leading end-to-end procurement activities, including managing tender processes, reviewing bids, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive and compliant proposals. The Senior Procurement Manager have the ability to prepare BOQ on the basis of Autocad & Sketchup Drawings, will oversee quantity surveying aspects such as cost estimation, budget tracking, and verification of bills in coordination with project teams. Daily responsibilities include experience in coordination with Vendors, Prepare BOQ in all Corporate Commercial interior fit out for project,the Comparative rates in market,Rate analysis, evaluating suppliers, Project schedule, negotiating contracts and commercial terms, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires preparing procurement reports, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously optimizing procurement strategies to support project timelines and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should be Btech, possess strong Procurement skills, with experience in end-to-end sourcing, tender management, and vendor coordination.
- Candidates should possess Supplier Evaluation and Analytical Skills to assess proposals, compare quotations, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable commercial terms and manage risk in agreements.
- Candidates should possess Contract Management capabilities to oversee compliance, track performance, and manage renewals or variations.
- Relevant experience in construction, interior design, engineering, or related project-based industries is highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and budget control in a project environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in procurement or contract management are an advantage.
