Responsibilities
- Design and execute formulation trials for talc- and glass-filled PP compounds
- Own pilot extrusion runs, mechanical testing programs, and scale-up documentation
- Partner with key automotive tier-1 customers on specification development
- Mentor junior engineers and manage the materials characterization lab
Requirements
- M.Tech/PhD in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years in polyolefin compounding or masterbatch development
- Hands-on twin-screw extrusion and DOE experience
- Working knowledge of automotive OEM material specifications
