Planning & Control Lead — High-Rise Residential PMC
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 15+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
* Lead project planning and schedule control for large-scale high-rise residential projects.
* Develop, monitor and update detailed project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
* Track planned vs. actual progress and identify delays, critical activities and schedule risks.
* Coordinate with site teams, contractors and consultants to ensure planned activities and project milestones are achieved.
* Review contractor schedules, progress reports and recovery plans and follow up on corrective actions.
* Prepare regular progress reports and provide project management with clear updates on schedule performance and key constraints.
Requirements
* 15+ years of relevant experience in project planning and control, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
* Strong experience in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
* Strong site execution and PMC experience.
* Hands-on exposure to Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering projects.
* Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and project controls.
* Strong communication, coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
