Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Paralegal role based in Dwarka. The Senior Paralegal will support attorneys in intellectual property, corporate, arbitration, and litigation matters by drafting and preparing legal documents, case summaries, and pleadings. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, reviewing and organizing case files and documents, and maintaining accurate records, databases, and deadlines. The role involves coordinating with clients, courts, and external stakeholders, preparing briefings for hearings, and assisting in trial preparation and case management. The Senior Paralegal will also help refine internal processes, ensure compliance with procedural requirements, and contribute to the efficient operation of the practice.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law with experience in intellectual property, corporate, arbitration, and litigation matters.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, contracts, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Ability to perform thorough Research using legal databases, case law, statutes, and regulatory materials.
- Experience in Document Review, organization, and case file management with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and court officials, and for preparing clear written materials.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a law degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent legal studies.
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in IP or litigation, in a senior or lead paralegal capacity.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software; proficiency in standard office applications.
