We are hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work as a dedicated member of a Florida law firm's team.
What you will do
- Review and draft discovery, motions, pleadings, and notices
- Handle Florida and Federal e-filing
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, workflows, and court scheduling
- Communicate directly with clients
- Track hourly and contingency billing
- Pull case law and statutes to support attorneys
What we require
- Minimum 5 years of professional litigation paralegal experience
- At least 2 of those years at a U.S. law firm — not in-house, not a corporate legal department
- Hands-on experience with Florida and Federal e-filing procedures
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
- Precise legal drafting, deadline discipline, and polished client communication
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office
Strong advantages
- Collections experience
- LexisNexis or Westlaw for legal research
- Smokeball, Clio, or PracticePanther — training available for the right candidate
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training

Compensation: $14/hour · Paid as an independent contractor
