Job Summary
Amvel Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee all installation, project execution, and site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, managing customer coordination, supervising site teams, and acting as the single point of contact for execution activities. The candidate should possess strong leadership, planning, and execution skills with extensive experience in handling large project teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end installation and site operations across multiple project locations.
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure completion within schedule and budget.
* Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all project execution activities.
* Coordinate directly with customers regarding installation schedules, service activities, project progress, and issue resolution.
* Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
* Handle manpower deployment and efficiently manage teams of up to 100 personnel.
* Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Monitor daily site progress and prepare project status reports.
* Coordinate with procurement, stores, engineering, and service departments to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
* Resolve technical and operational challenges at project sites.
* Conduct regular site inspections and review project performance.
* Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Ensure timely project handover and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification
* B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
* Additional certifications in Project Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
* 7–8 years of experience in site execution and project operations.
* Mandatory experience in the construction, industrial, or engineering project execution field.
* Proven experience in managing installation projects and large site teams.
* Experience handling 100+ manpower is mandatory.
