Join us as a Senior .NET Developer to play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications.
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. You will work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to architecture decisions, backend development, and system integrations.
About the Role
This role requires strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with solid experience building and consuming APIs. The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for designing and developing robust applications while maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C# and .NET Core
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Develop and optimise SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support of applications

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server (query optimisation, indexing, stored procedures)
- Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular)
- Experience with message queues or event-driven systems
