We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager / Senior MEP Engineer to lead end-to-end Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Building Services functions across residential and commercial projects. The role will involve design review, planning, execution, coordination, budgeting, testing & commissioning, statutory compliance, and project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all MEP activities across multiple projects.
Review designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and site teams.
Monitor planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
Ensure quality, safety, statutory compliance, and timely commissioning.
Manage vendor performance, risk mitigation, and value engineering.
Lead and mentor the MEP team for successful project delivery.
Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
10–15 years of experience in MEP engineering/project execution.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
