🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Manager
CreatorChowk | Work From Home | Full-Time
CreatorChowk is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager who can take ownership of creator management, campaign execution, client servicing and business growth.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage clients, creators and campaigns — not someone who only wants to delegate tasks.
💼 What You'll Do
Creator & Campaign Management
- Manage creators/influencers and build strong creator relationships
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables and timelines with creators
- Manage influencer campaigns from planning to completion
- Coordinate with creators for content, revisions and campaign deadlines
- Scout and identify trending, viral and high-potential creators
Client Servicing
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
- Handle day-to-day client communication and campaign updates
- Manage client expectations and ensure smooth campaign execution
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Marketing & Strategy
- Create influencer marketing plans and campaign strategies
- Develop creator mixes based on campaign objectives and budgets
- Prepare marketing proposals and pitches
- Pitch CreatorChowk's services to potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities
Team & Execution
- Coordinate with internal team members and ensure timely execution
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Create and improve campaign processes and systems
- Take ownership of campaign performance and delivery
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, agency, client servicing or campaign management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking with creators and clients on calls
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, influencers and social media trends
- Ability to create marketing strategies and campaign plans
- Comfortable pitching services to clients
- Good with Google Sheets, Google Docs and other marketing tools
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

This role is NOT suitable if you:

❌ Need constant supervision to complete tasks
❌ Prefer only executing instructions
❌ Are uncomfortable with calls, negotiations or client communication
❌ Cannot manage multiple campaigns at the same time
We want someone who is hands-on, responsible, proactive and serious about building their career in marketing.
💰 What We Offer
Salary: ₹20,000/month
Work Mode: Work From Home
Location: mumbai preferred
Employment: Full-Time

You will work closely with the founders and get hands-on experience across influencer marketing, creator management, client servicing, campaign strategy and business development.
