Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing activities and campaigns.
- Organize and coordinate events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Generate leads through on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, institutions, and communities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead and business targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Explore new opportunities for brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, events, sales, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Candidates with overseas education / international exposure will be preferred.
