Priya Cement is launching the Priya Cement Solutions Centre: a network of exclusive branded outlets built with our dealer partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and run Priya Cement Solutions Centres from Supervising Store-Setup, strongly manage operations and responsible for steady profitability.
- Do visual merchandising, store standards, and improve customer experience.
- Plan procurement, inventory, and replenishment so stores stay stocked without tying up cash.
- Mentor exclusive dealers and help them become long-term, profitable partners.
- Track store P&L and turn the numbers into action on the ground.
Required qualification:
- 7+ years in branded retail store or showroom operations: Building materials, apparel & footwear, eyewear, lifestyle, watches & Jewellery, cosmetics, pharmacy chains, or large-format grocery / multi-brand retail.
- Hands-on strength in store operations, merchandising, procurement and store profitability.
- A track record of building stores that stay profitable over the long run.
- Fluency in South languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) is a strong advantage
- Ages should not be more than 50 years
Length of overall Experience:
- More than 7 years of experience in in branded retail store or showroom operations, preferably in the consumer or commodity industries with a proven track record of success.
Functional / Technical Skills:
Familiarity with most districts or areas of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Odisha
