Design & Projects
Role Purpose
Lead the integrated design and delivery of the assigned real estate project portfolio, translating business requirements and approved project plans into coordinated, buildable, commercially disciplined and high-quality developments.
The role will have end-to-end oversight from product brief, concept and design development through construction, execution, commissioning, completion and customer handover. The position will ensure alignment between Design, Planning, Procurement, QS, Cost Management, QA/QC, HSE, Liaison, Legal and Transition functions while protecting design intent, project quality, cost, schedule and customer experience.

Education
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch with substantial integrated design and project-management experience.
- M.Tech in Construction Management, M.Arch, Urban Design, Construction Management, PMP or other relevant management qualification preferred.
Experience
- 25–28 years of relevant experience in real estate design and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within a portfolio while maintaining design quality, commercial discipline and delivery timelines.
