Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution support for our residential and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities• Lead architectural design from concept to detailed working/GFC drawings.
• Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and architectural details.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Civil, Landscape, and other consultants.
• Support statutory approvals and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations.
• Conduct site visits and resolve architectural issues during execution.
• Review drawings and ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project and construction teams during execution.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements🎓 B.Arch – Mandatory
📋 COA Registration – Preferred
💼 7–10 years of relevant experience in Architecture / Real Estate / Construction
🏢 Experience in residential, villa, commercial, or township projects preferred
💻 Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
⭐ Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape knowledge will be an advantage
📐 Good understanding of building regulations, working drawings, and construction practices
🤝 Strong communication and coordination skills
Compensation💰 Up to ₹12 to ₹15 LPA
