We are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead engineering and maintenance operations across multiple food manufacturing plants. The role will be responsible for equipment reliability, preventive & predictive maintenance, utilities, breakdown reduction, CAPEX projects, food-safety compliance, and maintenance team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing plants.
Drive Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, CMMS, MTBF, MTTR and OEE improvement.
Reduce breakdowns and unplanned downtime through RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone and FMEA.
Manage electrical systems, utilities, boilers, compressors, HVAC, water systems and infrastructure. Ensure maintenance compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and statutory requirements.
Lead equipment commissioning, plant upgrades, CAPEX and technical improvement projects. Manage maintenance budgets, critical spares, vendors, AMCs and service contracts.
Develop maintenance KPIs, dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build, train and lead a strong multi-disciplinary maintenance team.
Ideal Candidate:
10 to12+ years of experience in food/FMCG manufacturing maintenance.
Strong experience in peanut butter, cereals/oats/muesli or similar food-processing equipment preferred.
Proven multi-plant maintenance leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of PM/PdM, CMMS, OEE, RCA, utilities and automation.
Good understanding of GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000.
Strong leadership, analytical, cost-control and problem-solving skills.
Key KPIs: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, breakdown reduction, PM compliance, maintenance cost, audit compliance and equipment reliability.
