Role Description The Senior Legal Executive will manage and oversee legal matters related to property development and real estate transactions for Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. on-site in Hyderabad. This full-time role involves drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents such as sale deeds, agreements, and contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position includes providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on property law, conveyancing, and regulatory issues, as well as coordinating with external legal counsel when required. The Senior Legal Executive will conduct due diligence on properties, verify titles, manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, and support project teams in mitigating legal risks. The role also requires maintaining accurate legal records, monitoring changes in relevant laws, and contributing to the development of internal legal policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with practical experience in Property Law and conveyancing.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and property-related documents.
- Ability to provide clear and practical Legal Advice to internal teams on real estate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Experience handling property title verification, due diligence, and coordination with government authorities and external legal counsel.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B/LL.M) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
- Several years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction sector in a legal capacity.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- High level of professional integrity, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
