A construction and design organisation in Preet Vihar, Delhi, is hiring a Senior Interior Designer – Design & Execution with 4–6 years of relevant experience to work across architecture, interior design, furniture detailing and construction execution.
The role involves taking projects from concept and design development through technical documentation, site execution and completion. The professional will coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants and internal teams to support design quality, technical coordination, site execution and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts, plans, elevations, working drawings and furniture layouts.
- Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and execution-ready documentation.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD and develop 3D models and visualisations using relevant software.
- Develop furniture details, material selections and interior detailing in line with project requirements.
- Supervise interior, furniture and construction-related design and execution activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, workmanship and adherence to approved drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, furniture vendors, fabricators, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Review site conditions and coordinate the resolution of design and execution issues.
- Coordinate project requirements between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Attend client meetings, understand project requirements and present design proposals and updates.
- Incorporate client feedback into design development and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with execution teams to support timely project completion.
- Maintain project drawings, design information and execution-related documentation.
- Manage multiple project requirements and coordinate priorities across projects.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, interior design or related project execution.
- Strong understanding of interior design, furniture detailing, materials and construction execution.
- Experience taking projects from design development through site execution and completion.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of 3D visualisation software.
- Experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop or similar design and visualisation tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings, detailing and site execution.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, fabricators, consultants and site teams.
- Ability to independently manage project requirements and coordinate multiple projects.
- Strong client communication, coordination and design presentation skills.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture and construction-related requirements.
Work Schedule:
- Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)
