About the Role
We're looking for a customer-focused Senior Interior Designer to manage the complete design journey, from understanding customer requirements and presenting design concepts to finalising designs and coordinating with execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget
• Develop space plans, 2D layouts, 3D designs, and working drawings
• Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interiors
• Present design concepts, material selections, and quotations to clients
• Prepare BoQs and ensure designs align with customer budgets
• Manage design revisions, client approvals, and design finalisation
• Drive booking conversions through effective design presentations and client engagement
• Coordinate with sales, estimation, production, and project execution teams
• Ensure design accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills
• B.Arch, B.Des (Interior Design), or M.Des
• 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualisation tools
• Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, and finishes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Experience in organised home interiors or turnkey interior companies preferred

Consultation-to-booking conversion • Monthly booking and revenue targets • Design finalisation within committed timelines • Customer satisfaction and design approval rates • Drawing accuracy and reduced execution rework
