Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support enterprise infrastructure
environments with primary expertise in Cisco UCS, Nutanix, and HPE platforms. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for professional services, deployment, administration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
of compute infrastructure while possessing a strong understanding of VMware and other virtualization
technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, administer, and support Cisco UCS, Nutanix, and HPE infrastructure.
Perform hardware installation, firmware and code upgrades, OS installations, and lifecycle management.
Execute system deployment, configuration, health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities with minimal downtime.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware, and infrastructure-related issues.
Provide implementation and migration support for enterprise infrastructure projects.
Maintain technical documentation, implementation procedures, and operational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of
infrastructure environments.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Strong expertise in Cisco UCS, Nutanix, and HPE server infrastructure.
Experience with hardware installation, firmware upgrades, BIOS updates, OS deployment, and
infrastructure lifecycle management.
Good working knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi and familiarity with other hypervisors such as Microsoft
Hyper-V, KVM, or similar platforms.
Experience with infrastructure troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
Good understanding of storage, networking, and enterprise data center best practices.
Strong communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and support critical infrastructure operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Cisco UCS, Nutanix (NCP), VMware (VCP), or HPE are an added advantage.
Experience in enterprise data center implementations and professional services engagements is preferred.
