Senior Influencer Campaign Executive

The Role
You’ve already run influencer campaigns. You know the drill briefs change, creators go MIA, timelines get tight, and somehow the campaign still needs to go live.
We’re looking for someone who can own that chaos and make things happen.
At Qoruz, you’ll take influencer campaigns from brief → creators → negotiations → content → LIVE.
And at this level, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just coordinate campaigns you own them.
What You’ll Own
- Run influencer campaigns end-to-end.
- Find creators who actually fit the brief not just the follower count.
- Own creator outreach, conversations, and onboarding.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage briefs, content reviews, feedback, and approvals.
- Keep creators, clients, and internal teams aligned.
- Handle multiple campaigns without letting deadlines slip.
- Spot campaign blockers early and get them sorted.
- Build solid relationships with creators and talent managers.
- Track campaign performance and understand what worked (and what didn’t).
- Help junior team members navigate campaign execution when needed.
What We’re Looking For
1.5+ years in influencer marketing / creator campaigns, and ideally someone who:
- Has independently handled campaigns from start to finish.
- Knows the Indian creator ecosystem well.
- Can confidently negotiate with creators and talent managers.
- Has worked directly with brands or clients.
- Knows how to manage 20 things happening at once.
- Is quick with follow-ups, decisions, and problem-solving.
- Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
Extra Points If
You already have a strong creator/talent manager network or have handled large multi-creator campaigns.
