Hiring: Team Leader – HR Sourcing & Recruitment (Overseas/GCC Manpower)
Location: Hyderabad | Employment Type: Full-Time | Experience: 5–10 Years
LSK Manpower Consultants, a government-registered overseas recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead our HR Sourcing & Recruitment team for Middle East/GCC manpower placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end candidate sourcing and recruitment for overseas (GCC/Middle East) job openings
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting sourcing targets and monitoring performance
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, and sub-agent networks
- Coordinate with foreign employers on job requirements, visa processes, and deployment timelines
- Ensure compliance with eMigrate, Protector of Emigrants (PoE), and MEA regulations
- Oversee candidate documentation, preliminary screening, and trade test coordination
- Liaise with sub-agents across India to maintain ethical and transparent recruitment practices
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate/Under Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of overall recruitment experience, including at least 3 years specifically in Gulf/Middle East overseas manpower recruitment
- Demonstrated experience in managing or leading a recruitment team
- Strong working knowledge of GCC visa processes, and overseas recruitment compliance
- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and NaukriGulf, along with LinkedIn sourcing tools
Preferred Attributes:
- Established network within the Gulf recruitment ecosystem
- Prior experience with a government-licensed overseas recruitment agency
- Sector-specific exposure (construction, healthcare, hospitality, oil & gas, etc.)
