Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function and partner with leadership to support business objectives in a growing IT services environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing compensation and benefits, managing employee relations, and supporting workforce planning and organizational development. The role also requires collaborating with managers to build high-performing teams, driving learning and development initiatives, and ensuring HR practices align with local regulations and company values.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in HR strategy, policy development, and HR operations management.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning in a technology or services environment.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development practices.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits, labor laws, and regulatory compliance in India.
- Experience handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Ability to use HRIS tools, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a senior HR role, preferably in IT or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate across diverse teams.
