Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
- Coordinate with departmental heads for staffing and HR-related requirements.
- Support training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure proper HR reporting and documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital, medical college, healthcare, or educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions in a growing organization.
