3+ years of selling holidays, and still waiting to be treated like a senior?
Alisha Tours and Travels is hiring a SENIOR HOLIDAY CONSULTANT.
📍 Ettumanoor, Kottayam | Full-time, on-site
This is not a "copy-paste the itinerary" job. You will own your clients from the first enquiry to the welcome-home call.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
→ Design and cost international and domestic holidays for families, honeymooners, groups and corporates
→ Turn enquiries into confirmed bookings, and bookings into repeat clients
→ Negotiate with DMCs, hotels and airlines to get the best deal for every client
→ Work with our ticketing and visa desk so each trip runs without surprises
→ Guide junior consultants and raise the standard of the holiday desk
WHO YOU ARE
→ 3+ years of hands-on experience in international AND domestic tour packages
→ Strong on destinations, quick on costing, calm when plans change
→ A closer, with the numbers to show for it
→ Fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
