🚀 We're Hiring: Google Ads Expert – Performance Marketing
Are you passionate about driving business growth through high-performing Google Ads campaigns?
We're looking for a results-oriented Google Ads Expert who can create, optimize, and scale campaigns that generate quality leads, maximize ROI, and contribute directly to business growth.
Role Description-
The Google Ads Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing. The role involves keyword research, competitor analysis, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, budget management, and delivering measurable results through continuous performance improvement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, be data-driven, and possess a proven track record of generating leads and improving campaign performance.
Qualifications-
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube & Remarketing)
- Strong experience in E-commerce, Lead Generation, and Google Ads Performance Marketing.
- Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking
- Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable performance reports
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Google Ads Certifications
- Experience with Meta Ads or other paid advertising platforms
- Experience with eCommerce, online retail, and DTC brands
- Proven track record of driving eCommerce sales and revenue growth.
