Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company’s international operations and market entry services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting, monitoring cash flow, coordinating audits, and ensuring adherence to local and international accounting standards. The Senior Finance Manager will analyze financial performance, provide data-driven insights to leadership, and contribute to strategic decisions that improve profitability and operational efficiency. The role also involves leading and mentoring finance team members, strengthening internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on pricing, compliance, and expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Experience with cash flow management, cost control, and profitability optimization.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills for modeling and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are highly beneficial.
- Experience in international business, consulting, or professional services environments is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
