Divison: Modular Furniture
📍 Location: Ambernath, Mumbai, Maharashtra
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Modular Furniture Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure hardware, fittings, accessories, and raw materials for modular furniture manufacturing.
- Source, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Create purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records in the ERP system.
- Ensure quality standards while optimizing procurement costs.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the furniture, interior, or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of hardware, plywood, laminates, edge banding, adhesives, and other raw materials used in modular furniture.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP software for purchase management and inventory tracking is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
