About the role
Anoud Technologies is looking for a Senior HR Executive who can own end-to-end recruitment while also driving HR operations, performance management, and learning initiatives. This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone who has grown beyond pure recruitment and wants broader HR generalist exposure. Effort split is approximately 50% recruitment, 30% HR operations and performance management, and 20% learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles — requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), employee referrals, social media, campus drives, and consultant partnerships
- Maintain and improve a live talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles
- Track and report recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness
- Manage vendor/consultant relationships, including commercials and SLA adherence
- Drive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives
HR Operations & Performance Management (30%)
- Handle onboarding, documentation, background verification, induction, and probation confirmation
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data accuracy; generate periodic MIS and dashboards
- Support payroll inputs — attendance, leave, overtime, and full & final settlements — in coordination with finance
- Administer HR policies and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, POSH)
- Drive the performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration support, and PIP tracking
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, exit interviews, and attrition analysis
- Run engagement activities, pulse surveys, and rewards & recognition programs
Learning & Development (20%)
- Conduct training needs analysis based on appraisal outcomes and business inputs
- Plan and coordinate the annual training calendar across technical, behavioural, and compliance topics
- Manage internal and external trainers, logistics, budgets, and vendor selection
- Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness; maintain L&D records for audits
- Support onboarding training, skill development, and career-path or IDP conversations
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (MSW/MHRM acceptable)
- 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong recruitment core and generalist exposure
- Hands-on experience hiring for IT/tech roles preferred
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in HRMS/ATS tools and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; English and Tamil preferred
- Ability to balance multiple priorities across recruitment, operations, and L&D in parallel
Good to have
- Experience in an IT services, product, or staffing environment
- Exposure to campus hiring and bulk/volume hiring
- Certification in POSH, HR analytics, or L&D facilitation
