*Job Description: Senior Executive – ATM Audit
*Locations: Changanassery | Navi Mumbai | Nashik | Bhopal | Lower Parel | Trivendrum | Calicut.
*Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome!)
Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Audit team. As an ATM Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical and operational integrity of our ATM networks. This is a high-impact role that involves field visits, verifying cash balances, and ensuring compliance with company and banking protocols.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Audits: Conduct physical verification of cash, hardware, and security features at ATM sites.
Compliance Checks: Ensure all ATM operations follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and document any cash shortages, maintenance issues, or security gaps.
Reporting: Prepare and submit clear, accurate audit reports to the management team via digital tools.
Process Improvement: Suggest ways to improve site security and operational efficiency.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA/B.Sc preferred).
Freshers: Must be quick learners with a strong sense of ethics and responsibility.
Field Work: Comfort with traveling to various ATM locations within the assigned city.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small errors or inconsistencies in data and physical logs.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile reporting apps.
