Location: Greater Noida
Job Purpose:
To ensure timely and accurate financial accounting, accounts payable and receivable management, statutory tax compliance (GST & TDS), MIS reporting and budgeting, thereby supporting effective financial control, statutory compliance and informed decision-making across the organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
A. Book Closure - Monthly closure of books of accounts in the ERP System
B. Financial Operations -
Handling day to day operations
-Vendor Payment
-Debtors Collection
-Students Collection
-Fixed Asset Reconciliation
-Ledger Balance Reconciliation
C. Tax Compliance -
Statutory Tax Compliance of GST & TDS
D. Reconciliation and Collection
- Vendor Reconciliation of Vendor/Debtor/Student Fees
- Maintaining Fee Collection Tracker of Students
E. Manage all queries, information requests and clarifications on financial accounting matters sought by internal and external stakeholders
F. Fixed Asset Register
1. Maintain Addition and deletion of Fixed Asset
2. Reconciliation of Fixed Asset
3. Physical Verification of Fixed Asset
G. Define and drive the MIS (P&L statements, Budget, MIS reports etc.)
Preparation and driving monthly MIS and review with the stakeholders
H. Coordination of Internal Audit
Educational Qualification – B.Com / MBA Finance/ICWA with upto 3-5 years experience or CA with 0-1 years experience
Desired :
Candidate possessing skills of accounting, tax compliance and reporting across different countries.
Relevant Experience :
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, accounts payable / receivable and reconciliations (or 0–1 year for a qualified CA).
- Experience in month-end book closure and finalisation of accounts in an ERP environment.
- Practical experience in statutory tax compliance – GST and TDS
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and hands-on experience with ERP accounting software.
