ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant to the Director serves as a high-impact operational partner, managing executive workflow, driving cross-functional coordination, and handling executive communications. This position requires high discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced corporate environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Executive Calendar Management: Oversee, prioritize, and coordinate complex corporate schedules, appointments, and executive meetings.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director, internal department heads, key clients, and external stakeholders.
• Project Tracking & Follow-up: Record executive meeting minutes, synthesize action items, and track cross-departmental project deadlines on behalf of the Director.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, executive presentations (PowerPoint), confidential correspondence, and memos.
• Travel & Logistics: Organize complete travel itineraries, accommodations, travel logistics, and event arrangements for the Director's office.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive corporate documents, strategic planning materials, and executive decisions with absolute discretion.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, EA to C-Suite/Director, or a similar high-level executive support role.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field. •
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital productivity tools.
• Communication: Impeccable written and spoken English communication skills.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional time management, emotional intelligence, multitasking ability, and sharp problem-solving capabilities under tight deadlines.
