- Execute assigned engineering activities under established processes, standards, and technical guidance while demonstrating ownership of deliverables
- Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations clearly and proactively with stakeholders
- Independently manage assigned tasks and priorities while seeking guidance on complex technical challenges and critical decisions
- Identify, analyze, and communicate technical issues, risks, concerns, and improvement opportunities in a timely manner
- Facilitate the execution of product development and sustaining engineering projects in alignment with defined project plans, schedules, and quality objectives
- Interpret and apply design specifications, engineering standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines during product development activities
- Collaborate effectively with project team members across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and program management functions
- Take ownership of assigned commitments by delivering quality work on schedule and escalating risks when necessary
- Support prototype development, testing, validation, and engineering change activities as required
- Drive continuous learning by expanding technical knowledge, industry awareness, and engineering best practices within the Mechanical/HVAC domain
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while supporting team objectives and business goals.
