WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE – AMAZON MARKETPLACE
Are you an experienced Amazon Ecommerce professional who can drive sales, optimize PPC campaigns, launch new products, and lead a team?
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of our Amazon Marketplace operations and lead a team of 4–5 Ecommerce professionals.
Location: Adyar, Chennai
Experience: 4–6 Years
Team Handling: 4–5 Members
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end Amazon Marketplace operations through Amazon Seller Central, including listings, inventory, pricing, orders, account health, and marketplace performance.
• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 Ecommerce team members, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase Amazon sales, product visibility, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
• Manage new product launches, including listing creation, keyword research, PPC campaigns, promotions, and sales growth.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, A+ Content, and product pages.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and Amazon SEO optimization.
• Monitor sales and advertising performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth and continuously improve marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Content, Inventory, Accounts, and Management.
REQUIREMENTS
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Marketplace / Ecommerce.
• Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Proven experience in Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, and A+ Content.
• Experience in new product launches and campaign management.
• Previous experience managing or leading a team of 4–5 members.
• Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and make data-driven decisions.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE
Candidates who can demonstrate successful Amazon sales growth, effective PPC optimization, successful new product launches, and previous team-handling experience will be highly preferred.
