About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
AI-First Full Stack Developer who enjoys building scalable, high-performance web applications using
C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, and modern frontend frameworks. If you leverage AI tools like
Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to write better code faster, we'd love to meet you.
As part of our engineering team, you will build end-to-end solutions, design robust APIs, optimize databases, and use AI-assisted development to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Design efficient database structures and write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Create effective prompts for AI tools to generate, refactor, debug, and optimize code.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
- Follow Agile development practices and maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, React, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, relational database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and full stack application development.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Ability to write clear and effective prompts to enhance development productivity.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth.
- Exposure to unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
