Welding Robot Operator / Programmer (FANUC)
📍 Experience
2–5 Years
🎓 Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or ITI with relevant experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Program and operate FANUC welding robots for MIG welding applications
✅ Perform robot teaching, touch-up, and program optimization
✅ Set up robotic welding cells and monitor production activities
✅ Troubleshoot robot faults, welding defects, and process issues
✅ Ensure welding quality and adherence to production standards
✅ Support preventive maintenance and continuous process improvement
🎯 Required Skills
✔ Hands-on experience with FANUC Welding Robots
✔ Knowledge of Robotic MIG Welding Processes
✔ Understanding of TCP setup, robot coordinate systems, and frames
✔ Ability to read welding drawings and process sheets
✔ Knowledge of PLC interfacing and industrial automation (preferred)
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
