Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Development
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards
- Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to system design
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues
Project Ownership
- Lead project planning and execution from conception to deployment
- Estimate effort, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate progress and blockers to stakeholders regularly
- Contribute to sprint planning and technical sprint refinement
- Take responsibility for production issues and implement effective solutions
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Propose and implement improvements to development processes and tooling
- Document technical decisions and maintain architectural knowledge
- Participate in technical discussions and knowledge sharing sessions
- Actively learn and adapt to evolving project requirements
Required Qualifications- Experience: 4-5 years of professional software development experience
- Full Stack Capability: Demonstrated expertise in both frontend and backend development
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, etc.)
- Strong understanding of database design and SQL
- Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web technologies
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work through complex technical challenges
- Communication: Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Software Development Practices: Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
- Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Previous experience mentoring or leading junior developers
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Understanding of database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL)
