About the Role
Neutrino Advisory is looking for a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our Enterprise Platforms practice. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role focused on designing, developing, and supporting modern SharePoint Online solutions for enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), modern SharePoint development, Microsoft 365 integrations, and enjoys solving complex business problems through scalable technical solutions. Since this is a client-facing role, strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx.
- Build custom web parts, extensions and reusable components using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and customize SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, content types and site templates.
- Build integrations with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST APIs, Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Design scalable information architecture, metadata and document management solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, performance and security issues across SharePoint environments.
- Participate in solution design discussions, effort estimation and technical reviews.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow development best practices including source control, code reviews and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer where required.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in SharePoint Online development.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS/SCSS.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of PnP Framework / PnP JS.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), authentication and permissions.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and deployment pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
