Role Description The Senior Designer (3D Max) will lead 3D visualization and design development for interior projects, translating concepts into detailed 3D models and rendered views. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating 3D layouts and walkthroughs, developing lighting schemes within 3D environments, coordinating with interior designers and project managers, and refining designs based on client feedback.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Newtown, Kolkata, where on-site collaboration is required alongside some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Designer is expected to contribute to design quality, mentor junior team members, and support seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modeling, with advanced skills in 3ds Max.
- Ability to create presentation assets using Graphic Design tools for mood boards, layouts, and visual storytelling.
- Relevant experience in interior or architectural visualization, preferably in a design-build studio environment.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and an understanding of construction and material finishes.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams on-site and remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to client feedback in a fast-paced environment.
