Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional with expertise in regulatory systems, reporting, and business intelligence. The candidate will support reporting, analytics, system support, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated life sciences environment. The role requires a combination of functional knowledge, technical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Support Veeva Vault Regulatory systems, including reporting, analytics, and system support activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing activities.
- Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and system enhancements.
Secondary Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
- Veeva Vault Regulatory (RIM) experience.
- Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Testing experience (Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Veeva Vault Regulatory (RIM) and Platform Certifications.
- Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- SQL, Informatica, Python, or other data integration experience.
- AI/LLM certifications or hands-on AI experience.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Total Experience: 6 to 8+ years
- Relevant Experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting
- Veeva Vault
- Power BI/Visualization
- Advanced Excel
