Role Description As a Senior Data Analyst at SwiftB2B, you will be collaborating closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to optimize data-driven decision-making across the supply chain platform. You will design and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights into shipment performance, exceptions, and operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, cleaning and transforming complex data sets, conducting exploratory and statistical analyses, and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner. You will also help define data standards, improve data quality, and contribute to experimentation frameworks that guide product enhancements and automation logic.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics to interpret complex supply chain and operational data.
- Solid understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and basic probability, to support data-driven decisions.
- Experience with data modeling and database concepts to design efficient schemas and support scalable analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with analytics and BI tools.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, or enterprise SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
