COMPANY DESCRIPTION
GATH MEDIA (GATH Productions Private Limited) is a media and digital content creation and marketing company based in Delhi, offering end-to-end creative and production services under one roof. The team specializes in creative conceptualization, scripting, brand identity, content production, TV commercials, online advertisements, film and music production. The company also provides graphic design, social media content and management, marketing tools, and creative talent management services. Additional in-house capabilities include photography, product photography, chroma studio facilities, and film equipment rentals, enabling integrated solutions for diverse client needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer who can take ownership of projects from the moment a client brief or script comes in, all the way through production, post-production and final delivery.
This is not a role limited to ideation or supervising a creative team from a distance. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, visually strong, technically aware and comfortable making creative decisions at every stage of production.
You should be equally comfortable discussing an idea with a client, breaking down a script into shots, creating or supervising a storyboard, standing beside the camera on a shoot, reviewing an edit, choosing the right music, giving precise feedback to an editor, and presenting the finished film back to the client. As our work increasingly combines traditional filmmaking with AI-assisted and AI-generated content, we are also looking for someone who is excited about new creative technologies and understands how AI can become part of a professional production workflow.
You will be expected to independently take a project through:
Client Brief → Concept → Script Analysis → Visual Treatment → Shot Breakdown → Storyboard → Client Approval → Pre-Production → Shoot → Edit → Music & Sound → Feedback → Final Delivery
In short, you will be one of the people responsible for ensuring that great ideas actually become great films.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
· Strong experience in filmmaking, advertising, branded content, digital films or commercial video production.
· Excellent visual storytelling instincts.
· A strong understanding of cinematography, shot composition, lenses, lighting and camera movement.
· A strong understanding of editing and how footage ultimately comes together in post-production.
· The ability to look at a script and mentally visualise the finished film.
· Experience creating or supervising storyboards, shot breakdowns and creative treatments.
· Experience working directly with clients.
· The confidence to make creative decisions on set.
· Strong knowledge of editing grammar, music, sound and pacing.
· The ability to give editors and creative teams specific, actionable feedback rather than subjective comments.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising creative quality.
· Curiosity about AI, emerging filmmaking technologies and new forms of visual storytelling.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Creative Direction & Concept Development

Client Communication & Creative Ownership
· Participate in client meetings, briefings and creative discussions.
· Understand client expectations and convert sometimes broad or ambiguous feedback into clear creative direction.
· Present concepts, treatments, storyboards and creative approaches to clients.
· Take ownership of creative approvals across different stages of a project.
· Manage client feedback while protecting the quality and integrity of the final creative output.

On-Set Creative Direction
· Attend shoots and act as a key creative decision-maker on set.
· Evaluate framing, composition, lighting, performances, production design and overall visual quality.
· Identify whether a shot is working not just individually, but as part of the larger film and edit.
· Work closely with directors, DOPs and production teams to solve creative problems on the floor.
· Recognise when additional shots, inserts, reactions, transitions or coverage may be required.
· Maintain consistency between the approved creative vision and what is actually being captured.

· Take responsibility for the creative quality of the project until final delivery.
AI & Emerging Content Workflows
AI is becoming an increasingly important part of our production ecosystem. The ideal candidate should either have experience with AI content creation or have a strong willingness to learn and experiment with it.
Responsibilities may include:
· Developing concepts specifically for AI-generated or hybrid live-action + AI films.
· Breaking scripts into shots suitable for AI-based production.
· Creating detailed visual descriptions and prompts for image and video generation.
· Developing storyboards and visual references using AI tools.
· Maintaining character, environment, lighting and visual continuity across AI-generated shots.
· Understanding the limitations of generative AI and designing shots intelligently around them.
· Reviewing AI-generated imagery and footage for realism, continuity, composition and storytelling.
· Integrating AI-generated assets with conventional editing, VFX, motion graphics and live-action footage.
· Keeping up with emerging AI filmmaking and content-generation tools.
Experience with specific AI tools is useful but not mandatory. Strong visual judgement and the ability to learn new creative workflows quickly are more important.
What We Are Looking For?
We are not looking for someone who only comes up with ideas and hands them over to another team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys the entire filmmaking process.
Someone who can hear a brief and start visualising the film.
Someone who understands why a particular shot should be a wide instead of a close-up.
Someone who can stand on a set and know whether we have the shot.
Someone who can watch an edit and immediately understand why a sequence isn’t flowing.
Someone who knows when the music is elevating a film—and when it is fighting against it.
Someone who can receive client feedback, understand the problem behind the comment, and find the right creative solution.
And increasingly, someone who can look at emerging AI tools and ask:
“How can we use this to tell the story better?”
