Role Description The Senior Content Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for developing high-quality content that supports IKIO’s brand, products, and energy solutions. The role involves planning and creating web and marketing content for product pages, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, brochures, presentations, and social media, aligned with the company’s positioning in commercial, industrial, and specialty lighting. The Senior Content Writer will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging narratives and value propositions for various audiences. Daily tasks include conducting research on industry trends and competitor offerings, crafting and refining content strategies, writing and editing copy, and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across channels. The role also includes reviewing content for accuracy and clarity, optimizing content for search and lead generation, and mentoring junior writers or freelancers as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and technically accurate copy for websites, product pages, and marketing materials.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Research, including planning content calendars, defining messaging frameworks, and gathering insights from industry sources, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent Proofreading and Editing skills, ensuring grammar, style, and brand consistency, and the ability to refine complex information into concise, reader-friendly content.
- Proven experience in B2B or technical content writing, preferably in lighting, electrical, energy solutions, or related industrial domains.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices, including keyword usage, structuring content for discoverability, and optimizing for conversions.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong attention to detail.
