Job Title - SAP BTP Senior Consultant – Development & Custom Extensions

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP development, custom extensions, integration, APIs, and cloud-native application development. The role involves designing scalable solutions, working with SAP functional teams, supporting application evolution, and contributing to modern technology initiatives including AI-enabled SAP solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable SAP BTP applications and custom extensions.
• Develop solutions using SAP CAP and RAP frameworks.
• Work with SAP HANA Cloud and data modeling.
• Develop secure and reusable APIs using REST, OData, OAuth 2.0 and API Management.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP applications using enterprise integration patterns.
• Work with SAPUI5/Fiori and expose SAP capabilities as reusable services.
• Integrate AI services with SAP BTP and SAP applications.
• Build/manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and enable AI-ready SAP services.
• Follow SAP Clean Core principles and modern cloud extension approaches.
• Participate in technical design, architecture, estimation, documentation, and solution delivery.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams including SuccessFactors, HCM, FI, CO and MM.
• Support incident, change, problem, escalation, and risk management activities.

Ideal candidates should have 8 – 15 years of IT experience with strong SAP BTP development and integration expertise, hands-on CAP/RAP experience, cloud extension knowledge, API development capabilities, and exposure to AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
