Job Role - Senior Associate - Saviynt
Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Experience: 8 – 15 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate | Any Post Graduate | Any Diploma
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Saviynt to manage Saviynt administration, configuration, application onboarding, IAM operations, enhancements, certificate management, and production support.
The role will have a strong focus on Application Onboarding (70%) and Operations & Support (30%), requiring hands-on expertise in Saviynt and strong SQL knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and configure the Saviynt platform.
• Perform end-to-end application onboarding and integration.
• Support IAM operations, identity lifecycle and access governance processes.
• Handle production support, platform enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Analyze and resolve issues using SQL, APIs, logs and integrations.
• Manage certificate-related activities and certificate management.
• Handle Incident, Change, Problem, RCA and SLA processes.
• Collaborate with IAM, application, infrastructure and other technical teams.
• Drive process improvements and Saviynt platform enhancements.

Preferred Profile
• 8 – 15 years of relevant IAM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt or relevant IAM platforms.
• Proven experience in application onboarding and integrations.
• Experience with Incident, Change, Problem, RCA and SLA processes.
• Saviynt Certification is preferred.
