Role Description The role involves working closely with Centre Directors and their teams to improve lead generation, walk-ins, admissions, revenue, marketing effectiveness and centre profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall business performance of assigned offline centres.
* Drive centre-wise *admission, revenue, walk-in and conversion targets*.
* Review centre-level *P&L, operating costs, marketing budgets and profitability*.
* Plan and execute *ATL, BTL, TTL and Local Area Marketing activities*.
* Track marketing performance through *CPL, Cost per Walk-in, CAC, ROI and ROAS*.
* Manage the complete sales funnel from *TOFU and MOFU to BOFU*.
* Monitor lead allocation, follow-up TAT, lead ageing, nurturing, stage movement and closures through CRM.
* Identify funnel leakages and improve:
* Lead-to-Contact Conversion
* Contact-to-Walk-in Conversion
* Walk-in-to-Admission Conversion
* Lead-to-Admission Conversion
* Ensure proper CRM adoption, data hygiene and zero lead leakage.
* Conduct regular centre visits, business reviews and performance audits.
* Build strong relationships with Centre Directors and other key stakeholders.
* Develop improvement plans for underperforming centres.
* Train and mentor centre sales, counselling and marketing teams.
* Prepare centre scorecards, sales forecasts, MIS reports and actionable business insights.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve centre-level operational and business escalations.
Required Experience
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in offline sales, marketing or centre business operations.
* Must have worked at the level of Assistant Manager, Manager or Sr. Manager.
* Prior experience in managing or leading a team of 10+ members is mandatory.
* Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform and strong knowledge of lead lifecycle management.
* Strong understanding of offline centre P&L and cost structures, particularly marketing budget allocation.
* Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Coaching, Test Preparation, Franchise Operations or Multi-centre Business will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, target-oriented and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple centres and stakeholders. The person must be comfortable travelling extensively and taking end-to-end ownership of centre growth and performance.
