Role Overview
We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive who can convert leads into paying clients, generate revenue, and close deals confidently over calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and pitching our performance marketing services effectively to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert inbound/outbound leads for our wellness and health services vertical.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant performance marketing solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales closures primarily through calls.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (agency/service-based background preferred).
- Proven track record of lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills, especially over calls.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
