About Medinext Solutions:
Medinext Solutions is a U.S.-focused healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company providing medical and dental billing and back-office services to healthcare practices across the United States.
Our services include medical and dental billing, insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, A/R follow-up, provider credentialing, and other revenue cycle support.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with U.S. healthcare providers, and help expand our client base.
About the Role:
This is a sales-driven role for someone who understands B2B business development and can independently manage the process from prospect identification to client acquisition.
You will focus on identifying potential medical and dental practices, reaching decision-makers, initiating conversations about their billing and revenue cycle challenges, presenting relevant service solutions, and converting qualified prospects into long-term business relationships.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, comfortable with outbound sales, and accountable for building a healthy sales pipeline and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including independent medical practices, dental offices, physician groups, and multi-location healthcare organisations across the U.S.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, professional networks, online research, and other outbound channels.
- Connect with practice owners, physicians, dentists, practice managers, billing managers, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Understand prospects' existing billing processes, operational challenges, and outsourcing requirements.
- Present Medinext Solutions' medical and dental RCM services based on each prospect's business needs.
- Schedule discovery calls, conduct sales conversations, deliver presentations, and coordinate proposals.
- Manage follow-ups, address objections, negotiate commercial terms, and drive opportunities toward closure.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurate records of outreach, conversations, meetings, and deal progress.
- Work toward agreed activity, meeting, pipeline, and new-client acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover once a client is acquired.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience selling medical billing, dental billing, healthcare RCM, or healthcare BPO services.
- Experience targeting U.S. clients and communicating with international decision-makers is highly desirable.
- Strong cold-calling, cold-emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate business value and build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, maintaining CRM records, and tracking business development performance.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
- A self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
- Willingness to work the night shift from our Ashram Road, Ahmedabad office.
The Person We're Looking For:
- We need someone who can do more than generate lead lists or send outreach messages. You should know how to start meaningful business conversations, understand client requirements, communicate the value of outsourcing RCM, and move opportunities forward through consistent follow-up.
- Experience in healthcare RCM sales will be a major advantage because you will already understand the market, typical client concerns, and the importance of trust when selling services that affect a healthcare practice's revenue cycle.
How to Apply:
Interested candidates can send their updated resume to hr@medinextsolutions.com with the subject line:
- Application – Senior Business Development Executive | Healthcare RCM
- Please mention your total sales experience, healthcare RCM experience (if any), experience targeting U.S. clients, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
We look forward to connecting with professionals who can help expand our presence in the U.S. healthcare market.
