We are looking for a Senior BDE – Product Sales to drive revenue growth for our B2B SaaS products.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys owning the complete sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying prospects to conducting product conversations, managing demos, negotiating commercials and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, US markets and consultative selling, with the ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into compelling product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for our SaaS products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals and account-based selling.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges and buying processes.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Develop consultative sales pitches that clearly communicate product value, ROI and business impact.
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Manage the sales process from lead qualification → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions and negotiate contracts in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and activity metrics.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth handover and customer onboarding.
- Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs in the US SaaS market.
- Gather customer and market feedback and share insights with the Product and leadership teams.
- Consistently achieve and ideally exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
What We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS / technology product company.
- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS products to customers in the US market.
- Strong understanding of the US B2B buying process and sales cycles.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle and independently closing deals.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- Excellent prospecting, lead qualification and pipeline management capabilities.
- Ability to conduct product demos and communicate complex technology in a simple, business-focused manner.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable engaging with mid-level and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent English proficiency.
- Experience working with CRM and sales intelligence tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
- Highly target-oriented, commercially driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and grow a team.
