Role Summary:
As a Senior Associate on our GTM Planning team, you will be a hands-on contributor across planning, analytics, process, and technology work that keeps our Go-To-Market organization running and improving. Working within our global team, you’ll take on a broad and evolving mix of workstreams, bringing a naturally curious, detail-oriented mindset to everything you touch. Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and safeguarding core GTM planning datasets, including org chart, headcount, and program trackers, by applying established business rules with judgment
- Independently structuring and running quantitative analysis against open-ended business questions, such as solutions-to-revenue relationships, deal activity trends, or geographic and industry segmentation
- Designing and continuously refining recurring trackers, dashboards, and workflows based on stakeholder feedback
- Compiling, reconciling, and comparing datasets to identify what changed and why, while proactively flagging inconsistencies, timing issues, or gaps before they surface downstream
- Identifying repetitive or manual work and building or configuring AI-enabled tools and automations to reduce it
- Producing polished, executive-ready materials, including recurring business reviews, leadership digests, and planning documentation
- Documenting processes and decisions so that work is repeatable and transferable
- Serving as a liaison across teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications/Education:
- 3 to 6 years in business operations, program management, analytics, or a similar operationally-focused role

- Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze data
- Intermediate Powerpoint skills
- Experience using an AI tool such as Microsoft Copilot to support analysis, drafting, or process automation, or strong aptitude for developing this skill
- Demonstrated ability to take an open-ended or partially defined question and structure an approach to drive it to a recommendation, or strong aptitude for developing this skill
- A naturally curious, detail-oriented mindset that asks why before executing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams and shifting priorities
- Experience with work-management or project-tracking tools such as ClickUp is helpful but not required
- Experience with BI or visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus but not required
