About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage residential and commercial projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed as per design and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with building codes, construction methods, and design trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 4–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion/D5 Render, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of working drawings, construction detailing, and site execution.
- Strong design sense and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential interiors, villas, and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
